- Are your items hypoallergenic?
- Yes! All earrings and necklaces are nickel free. Earring hooks are currently made with silver-coated brass, however, I plan to transition to stainless steel hooks once I have sold silver coated hook inventory. If you would like stainless steel hooks, please let me know promoptly after placing your order and I will makes the switch.
- How do I care for my jewelry and accessories?
- For details on how to keep your items looking perfect, please refer to the jewelry care section.
- Can I request a custom order?
- I take custom orders on a case-by-case basis, depending on how busy I am and if I have the right materials on hand. If you’ve got something in mind and my customs are opened, feel free to fill out the customs request form linked in my Instagram bio. If the form is closed, follow my Instagram for updates on future custom slot avaliablity.
- There's an item I've seen you sell that I would like to purchase, however, I don't see it listed.
- This website builder only allows me to list 50 items at a time, so there are a couple earrings that didn't make the cut to be listed. However, don't hesitate to ask me if I have a certain item in stock and I will let you know. If I do, I will tell you the listing I add the item(s) to and you can purchase from there.
- Do you offer gift wrapping or special messages?
- Just let me know in the notes section at checkout if you’d like your item gift wrapped, and include any special message you’d like to add. I’m happy to make your gift extra special!
- Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
- Once your order has been packaged and shipped I am unfortunately unable to go through with any cancellation.
- What is your return/exchange policy?
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted, however, if you have any issues with your order please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to assist you!
- Can I track my order?
- Yes! Once your order is placed, you will soon receive an email with your USPS tracking information.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and sent out. The amount of time it takes to arrive to you depends on various factors out of my control once it has left my hands.
- I placed two orders close together. Am I able to combine them together?
- Yes, as long as your first order has not been shipped out yet. Please just make sure to reach out to me about this so that you don't get charged twice for shipping.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Unfortunately I only offer shipping to the United States at the moment, however, please keep up with my Instagram for potential updates to shipping!
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards through Stripe and Paypal payments are accepted!
