Items Damaged In Transit

I make sure to package each purchase with care, however, sometimes there may be instances where the package isn't treated with the same care along it's journey. If you run into and issue, here is what to do:

As soon as you receive the item and notice the damage, take a clear picture of the item and its packaging. This helps me understand what went wrong and speeds up the process.

Reach out to me within 8 days of receiving your package. Make sure to include the photo, your order number, and a brief description of the damage.

Depending on the situation, I’ll either suggest a simple solution for you to fix the item or, if it's completely unfixable, refund you the price of the damaged item(s) via store credit, not including the cost of shipping.

Missing/Stolen Packages

While I do want each shipment to make it home safely and unscathed, on the off chance that your package gets lost or stolen, I cannot be held responsible

But please don't worry! All orders come with tracking, so you will be able to monitor you order every step of the way! On the rare occassion that your package does go MIA or has gone off course, please contact the USPS so they can get your package back on track.

Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. It’s super important to double-check all the details!

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and your package gets sent back to me, I’ll reach out to you to confirm the correct address. However, please note that you’ll be responsible for covering the additional shipping cost to have the package sent to the right location.

I want to make sure your order gets to you safely, so taking a moment to review your address info helps avoid any delays or extra costs.

All Sales Final

Once your order is placed, it’s all yours to enjoy, and I’m unable to offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

I spend hours carefully crafting each item with high standards for quality in mind. If something happens during transit and your item arrives damaged, please reach out to me personally and we can come up with a resolution together. In most cases, due to limited inventory, I likely won't be able to send you a replacement, unfortunately.

As for items that get damaged after they’re in your care, I don’t offer refunds or replacements. However, I’m always here to help! On the off chance your items needs a little help, please contact me and I will help you out with a fix!
